Footprints.

Footprints in the Sand




One night I dreamed I was walking along the beach with the Lord.
Many scenes from my life flashed across the sky.
In each scene I noticed footprints in the sand.
Sometimes there were two sets of footprints,
other times there were one set of footprints.

This bothered me because I noticed
that during the low periods of my life,
when I was suffering from
anguish, sorrow or defeat,
I could see only one set of footprints.

So I said to the Lord,
“You promised me Lord,
that if I followed you,
you would walk with me always.
But I have noticed that during the most trying periods of my life
there have only been one set of footprints in the sand.
Why, when I needed you most, you have not been there for me?”

The Lord replied,
“The times when you have seen only one set of footprints in the sand,
is when I carried you.”

The thing about blogging is...

...it takes so much time.

For instance, I have like five followers. And three of the five are just friends. The other two, it took me FOREVER to get. There is a process to the whole thing.

1. Create a blog.
2. Make a post.
3. Find other blogs.
4. Follow other blogs.
5. Comment like crazy on other blogs.
6. Hope and pray that they add you. (They hardly ever do.)

Rinse and repeat.



It just is so tiring.


Basically, what I'm saying is that....I love my five followers and I'm just so tired of trying and failing. So I'm giving up for a while. Maybe a few short posts every other day, but nothing long.

Maybe in a week or two, I'll be ready.

This Week:

A whole whole lot is going on this week. A lot of disappointment, a lot of happiness, a lot of thinking, a lot of singing, a whole lot of a whole lot to do!

1.) I couldn't stop thinking about Spring Awakening. It was like, I was even more unfocused when I wasn't thinking about it. On occasion this got annoying, like when I failed my chem test because I was listening to the soundtrack instead of focusing on solutions. Yeah, it got annoying.

This always reminds me of Sara-Jane.

2.) I love it when teachers accuse students of rushing to turn in late work at the very end of the six weeks. I love it becaue well, a lot of teachers do the same thing. They wait and wait until the very end of the six weeks to give us a shit load of tests, quizzes, worksheets, and bookwork. My point? I have six tests tomorrow. SIX. As in I have seven classes... and in all but one, I have tests. And not just quizzes, noooooooo! Big freaking important tests! GAH. Do you want me to live 'til thirty?!

...sorry, that was me venting via blog.

3.) I don't remeber what else I was going to post. But, theres that.

NotAndyMientus (Robi Hager)

This post is mostly for Sara-Jane and all my fellow Spring Awakening lovers!


Since Andy freaking left, I got to see Robi Hager play Hanschen. And let me tell you... he...was... good. I'm not even sure I miss Andy that much anymore. I mean, I'm always going to miss him, but really come on. Robi was really really good. Almost, I can't believe I'm saying this, better. But that is only one mere opinion. I'm sure some people love Andy waaaay more than Robi! I actually prefer Robi to Andy. The only thing is, his hair needs to be bleach blond! Here are some pictures!!
